Instead of raising rates, I add an initial $10 charge for making the onsite visit.
TUNE UP
(usually 1-3 hours) $80/hour
TRAINING
(60 or 90 minutes per session) $60/hour
FIX/UPGRADE
- Hardware Installs/Modifications $80/hour
- Software Install, Setup, Removal $80/hour
Research & Sourcing $80/hour
- Finding solutions and suppliers
- Evaluating alternatives
- Recommendations
- Follow-up
Minimum Charge $50 plus the $10 initial onsite charge.
Invoice charge of $10 for work not paid for at the time services are provided.
Seniors (age 65 and over) $60/hour
Quotes for other support upon request.
An optional 25% premium on housecalls after 6pm and weekends / holidays.
I may charge $50/hour travel time one way outside the Tri-Valley area (my preferred service area.)
